6 weeks 1 day pregnant and I feel onset of slight stomach cramps

This is my first pregnancy and I've been told that I have a small cyst in my right ovary. The doctor said the cyst is not much of a problem but since I started having slight cramps, I've been worried sick. Can anyone help me if this is normal or I should be seeking for doctor's advice?
