There’s a new dates (kurma) milk that you can get from ntuc/Fairprice. Heard it’s not bad

Anmum. Similac got too heavy smeell and cause me to vomit during pregnancy

I didnt. I just take calcium tablet. Once a while soya milk

Fresh pasteurized milk. I drink it at least 3 to 4 times a week, on top of calcium supplements prescribed by my gynae.
