am I pregnant

Hi, first day of my last period was Feb 8-9.2020. Next die should be March 3 but had spotting for 4.days straight Feb 27-march 1 spotting as in just a blood spot . Didn't have my period till today. I am regularly having my period monthly. I feel dizzy, and gets hungry all the time I used pt last week but it's just one line. Did I tested too early?
