Losing weight

First baby, second trimester, 20th week. So far ive gained 4kg but from 19th to 20th week i lost two kg. What should i do? Should i be worried? Help me pls..

Is baby gaining weight well? If baby is gaining well then don’t worry about mummy’s weight. I gained 17KG (40weeks) and my baby came out at 2.6KG.
