Hi fellow mummies. ? mag-ask lang po ng tips para lumakas at tumagal pa ang flow ng milk. Hehe. My baby is 2 months now and my flow of milk is still going strong. Mej takot lang kasi humina siya ng slight unlike my first two weeks nagooverflow yung milk ko.

kailangan po talaga unlilatch kasi yung body mo will respond sa need ni baby so kapag less ang pag latch, less milk din. you can try power pumping din. read po ito https://ph.theasianparent.com/power-pumping-2
