Hi fellow mommies to be, anybody having difficulty sleeping on the sides as the sides of my leg below the hips start cramping and as a result I have to keep changing positions often in the night. #firstbaby #PleaseAdvice

Hahaha i find it difficult to sleep on my side (before pregnant i was a side sleeper) now all i wan is lay flat on my back 😅🤣
The most comfy position now is lay flat man 🤣🤣
You may want to try ‘hugging’ a small pillow between your legs. I find that it helps with relieving the strain in the hip area.
