Any feedback on glass or metal bottles for newborns instead of plastic?

I've read that stainless steel bottles are more expensive but it can at least keep the liquid warm or cold. My friend prefers stainless steel bottles because she's worried about chemicals on plastic bottles and the glass bottles that might break :)
