Tiny bumps on face

Oo, super common yan during pregnancy, sis! Ang hormones talaga ay nag-trigger ng mga skin changes, at marami sa amin mama friends ay nag-experience ng bumps or pimples especially sa first at second trimester, one of my close friends had it bad kaya nag-switch siya to a gentler routine. Keep your face clean and try to avoid touching your face too much, stress and heat can make it worse din!
