experiencing pubic bone pain in the last few weeks till now. hurts when getting out of bed, getting in/out of car, sitting on toilet bowl for long. 38 weeks currently. help! ?
same here momsh!I'm on my 38weeks narin.. since frday may bloody show na lumalabas sakn. ang haba ng paglalabor ko ngyon sa 2nd baby ko.. sabi ng Ob ko this week daw ako manganganak. God bless and have a safe delivery
i was having bad pubic bone pain started from 2nd trimister and continued after delivery. its gone now. i continuously used hot water bags. while sitting, sleeping i kept it underneath. it healed fully. try doing it

It’s the pelvis bone softening (prepping for labour already) Nothing can help now. Pain will be gone after you deliver. :) hang in there!! Baby is coming!!
Probably your baby is already on the birth position (head down, legs up). It can cause pressure and pain to the pelvic area (happened to me on 32 weeks). Gynae advised to do more stretching to lessen the pain.
38 weeks and 2 days di momsh .medyo worried na din kase wala din signs ng labor ..masakit lng balakang at pubic bone .hirap na din tumayo pa natatagalan umupo ..sana makaraos na tayo ..
Same here sis 38 weeks and 3days akala ko nga hindi ito normal nung una. Peru exercise lang ako ng exercise everymorning kaya nakakaya naman ang pain. Mahirap lang talaga pag gabi kung matutulog na.

nung ng.36wks ako ngsimula sumakit pubic bone ko..sobra😣..pero tuloy2 ko lng lakad2 30mins every afternoon and excercise, squat pah rin and now hindi nah cya masyado masakit..mas nkakagalaw nko..
Sakit sa may puson 37 weeks and 4 days na ko normal lang ba or sign na ng labor? Wala pa ko discharge. Pero ang hirap umupo at bumangon pg nakatayo mas masakif. Advice naman mga mamsh

Do exercise like yoga to reduce the pain. You may search pelvic floor exercise or symphisis pubic disfunction exercise. I experience this too, and those work a lot (at least reducing the pain)
