experiencing pubic bone pain in the last few weeks till now. hurts when getting out of bed, getting in/out of car, sitting on toilet bowl for long. 38 weeks currently. help! ?

I also feel pain in pelvic area nd experiencing lower back pain but my baby is still moving, can it be considered that I'm experiencing labor or my cervix is somehow already open? First time mom.😊
