Severe Headache @32 weeks?

Any one experienced severe headache at 32 weeks, took paracetamol and even had cold compress but still the same? I didnt experience this in my first 2 pregnancies ??

pinag full blown ako ng biogesic momsh every 4hours talaga.. nag stop sya pero may mga times parin na bumabalik. minsa nag cocold compress nalang ako sa head kasi baka ma purga naman ako sa biogesic.
