My experience is that they wont give u especially in gov hospital.because in order for u to push u need to feel the contractions. If u are lucky ur opening will be fast and u dont have to go thru the pain long.there are a few types of painkiller u can ask ur dr.like laughing gas which is less side effect compare to the rest. Try breathing exercise. It helps but not so much. For me, the determination of getting my baby out was wat help the most😅
