Omg this sounds perfect for first-time parents! A free workshop with a certified childbirth expert is such a gift, honestly, a few of us attended the last Pregnant Pause and everyone said Rome Kanapi's tips were so practical and hindi nakakabigal kahit online. September 17 at 10am via Zoom, so you can join from your couch in your pajamas, which is what I'd do haha! Make sure to register kasi limited slots, and it's great for both partners to attend if possible dahil sobrang helpful ang perspective ng dads din. If you have friends expecting abroad, pwede din sila join, they're making it timezone-friendly na!
