Am i positive? Around 12-13 dpo

My expected AF is tmrw and i'm within that 2 weeks wait and a little impatient. Took a test 3 days back and it was negative. Took this test today and at first there was nth. But 3-5 min later a v v faint line appeared. Pic was taken after 5 min but defo under 10min. I've been experiencing on off mild cramping, bloating, constipation and recently shortness of breath (not sure if counted as nausea). I usually sleep easily but past 3 nights its quite difficult for me to sleep. I know i should take the test again few days later, but it's just such an anxious time playing the waiting game. #advicepls #ttc
