Hi exclusively breastfeeding mummies, do you give your baby vitamin d supplement drop? What will happen if we didn’t give? I didn’t give and my LO is alr 10 mo. 😣

Vitamin D can be obtained from food and exposure to sunlight (morning sun). I’ve never given my kids vit D supplements regularly:)
