Ay, mama, this one kailangan talaga ng doctor check, 1 week no poop, even with good latch and wet diapers, needs proper assessment para sure baby's okay, kaya please follow up with your pedia agad. It's good na you've tried what your doctor suggested, but since walang results pa, she needs to evaluate baby in person ulit, baka may something she needs to check or adjust na makikita lang sa appointment.
