Hi everyone, since i cant swallow big pills esp ganilia, could i replace it with maternal milk? It does give the same nutrients right?

Yes, i drank maternity milk but do take note this drink is high in sugar! It is not suitable for mommies with gestational diabetes. You will only be taking this test from week 24-28. Sometimes I will eat more fruits and vegetables as well.
