Breastfeeding problem

Hello everyone! I'm a first timer mom and I decided to breast feed my baby. However, I'm producing a small amount of milk which make me helpless seeing my 9days baby cries. Is there any food or way that will help me produce more milk? Thank you and keep safe everyone?

Usually po talagang konti or almost di nakikita ang milk sa 1st week ni baby(based on experience) para po dumami ang milk you need to unli latch your baby. Let her/him latch and take as much milk as s/he wants as there is no overfeeding for breastfeeding. Just make sure to jave himher burp everytime matatapos sya. Goodluck po sa bf journey. EBF for 4years here ☺️
