A lot of Singapore couples go across the causeway for fertility treatments. My advice is to choose a clinic with a good embryology lab and a doctor you feel comfortable with, rather than just looking at success rates. Do factor in the travelling too, especially during scans and egg retrieval period. If you're staying in Singapore, it can get tiring going back and forth.
