Discharge with cramps

Hi everyone. Currently i'm about 8weeks pregnant. My pregnancy has been a bit of a challenge. I've been having bloating, nausea, hyperacidity, back pain and all sorts. Had 2 transv and baby's all good. Heartbeats at ave 154/min. I just had plantation hemmorrhage which explains the abdominal pain daw. So i filed sick leave frm work and stayed at home with not much work at all. Today though, i'm sick worried. Even cried earlier. Had brownish discharges and it comes with smell. Sorry for the photo. I also had cramps. And so we went to the dr for checking and baby's good. I was given other meds for uterine relaxant. I really don't undrstand what's happening. I've been sick worried and sometimes i have to hide it frm my husband coz i know it pains him too. Pls advise. Praying that this will be over and baby's all fine.
