Uy, PUPPP is really ang worst! A few of us mums got it late in pregnancy din, and honestly the itch is maddening, I'd suggest checking in with your OB kasi they can give you safe topical treatments or antihistamines para sa third trimester, plus they'll make sure it's not something else causing the rash. In the meantime, a lot of my mum friends swear by cool (not cold!) compresses and wearing loose, breathable clothing to avoid triggering it more, and staying sa cool rooms talaga helps.
