My friend brought her one-year-old to Kidz Amaze and said the toddler zone was quite good for younger babies who are not yet walking, with soft play areas that felt safe and manageable. You might also want to check out the water play areas at places like Wild Wild Wet or Jurong Lake Gardens, as some spots are quite shallow and gentle enough for little ones, though do call ahead to confirm lah.
