Anak, first thing, go to your OB or emergency room today if the bleeding is heavy or you're having cramping, okay? Hindi dapat maghintay pa ng ultrasound appointment kung may emergency signs. You did the right thing na nag-schedule na with your OB, that's exactly what needs to happen. Spotting and bleeding in pregnancy can mean different things, and only your doctor can check kung ano talaga ang situation. A few of my mum friends have had bleeding scares too, at hindi lahat ay bad outcome, pero kailangan talaga ng proper check-up to know for sure. Try to breathe, mama. I know sobrang scary, especially first time, pero you're already doing what you should, seeing your OB. Marami kaming kaibigan na nag-alala rin during pregnancy, but the best reassurance comes from your doctor's scan. Fingers crossed for you and baby.
