DIVORCE

Can everybody please share some idea of Divorced?? I am 5 months married with a widowed man with two children. I want to file a divorce with him. I am the most devastated person in the world now. Please help.

lapit po kayo sa public lawyer pa advise po muna kayo kung anong dapat gawin.. pero kung nasa pinas po kayo annulment yun..mahaba, mabusisi at magastos ang annulment pero pwede naman kayo mag file ng legal separation mas maiksi ang time frame pero kasal pa rin kayo.

Nasa Pilipinas po ba kayo? Kung yes, divorce is not regulated here yet. Annulment is the only option.
