I think you might have posted this in the wrong group lah, this is the Singapore parents community, so most of us here won't have experience with services in Chandigarh. If your child needs development therapy support, I'd suggest checking with your PD or the polyclinic first, as they can refer you to the right services here in Singapore, whether that's speech therapy, occupational therapy, or other assessments. Sorry I can't be more helpful with this particular provider!
