bleeding or spotting

ever since i found out that iam pregnant i keep on having spotting and sometimes i can tell that im already bleeding though not heavy and up until now im still experiencing this..i went to the doctor and had an transvaginal scanning and saw that im 5weeks and 2days pregnant thats on dec12 i was advised to go on bedrest for 15days and was given medication to stop the spotting but it didn't stop..
