Eto ang mga panlaban ko sa init! ✔water-i want mine ice cold ✔fan- abaniko or battery operated ✔water mist- aside sa allergies, best ti have this handy during this heat ✔cooling powder-I love cooling powder. I used to use Snake Brand. Pero itong from Protex from Colgate Palmolive okay din. ✔menthol cone-kahit di masakit ulo, i love the cooling sensation it gives ✔cooling wipes- in fairness cooling talaga sya added to my must have cooling things Pag summer everything cooling, sold agad sa akin 😅☀️⛱🏖 #summer #summerthings #beattheheat

Haha totoo yan, pag summer talaga ang cooling products ang bida! I'm obsessed din with ice-cold water at cooling wipes, especially pag nasa labas kami ng matagal with the kids kasi super convenient at instant relief. A few of us moms swear by the menthol cone din, kahit parang placebo lang sometimes haha, pero psychological or not, gumagana pa rin! The cooling powder from Protex sounds like a solid alternative, I'll have to try that next time instead of always going for the usual brands, thanks sa reco!
