Hai mama! Honestly, at 1 year old better avoid essence vanilla for now lah, most commercial ones contain alcohol and added stuff yang tak ideal untuk babies. A few of my mum friends prefer natural vanilla bean or powder instead if they really need the flavour, tapi truthfully at that age tak perlu pun, plain food is best. Kalau worried pasal what's safe for your little one, best check dengan pediatrician juga ya, especially kalau ada allergies or sensitivities.
