Aiyoh, I totally get it, juggling pumping with a clingy baby while working from home is no joke, seriously one of the hardest phases! A few of us mums tried setting up a mini routine where we pump right after baby wakes up or during their most solid nap time (like midday), and honestly sometimes I'd just accept that some days the pumping schedule goes haywire and that's okay lah. One of my close mum friends solved it by doing shorter, frequent pumps instead of long sessions when her toddler was extra needy, and it actually worked better for her supply in the end. As for daycare, no pressure, if you're not ready emotionally, don't rush it, but if you do go that route even part-time (like 2-3 days), a lot of us found it gave us that breathing room to pump properly and work without the mental load, plus baby gets socialising time. Just do what feels right for you and your family, no one can judge your situation the way you live it.
