The good news is your first is already 5 years old, so she can understand things better, help out a bit, and you're not juggling two tiny ones at once. That's actually pretty manageable compared to back-to-back pregnancies. Definitely sit down with your OB though and go through your CS scar history with them, they know your specific case best and can tell you what to watch out for this time around.
