For me its one of the nice to have, but di sya must have. Pwede naman old school warm compress. Gamit ko dati bimpo or yung regular hot/ cold compress bag. 😊

Thank you. 😊 Meron na po ako nung electric hot compress. Siguro it will be fine naman na po. Thank you din po sa advice I'll definitely use the old school warm compress. 😊
