Yes effective..sa 1st pregnancy ko dami kong stretchmarks..nirecommend skn yun ng ob ko..then nwala yung marks ko..and now on my 2nd pregnancy, nag aapply ako nun, wala akong stretchmarks and kung mern man, white yung color nya, hnd yung maitim..
