Uy, better get that checked with your doctor agad, lalo na kung may cramping or spotting after, five months is important na! A few of us moms had rough rides din, and one of my friends was told to avoid big bumps kasi risky sa pregnancy, pero bawat case ay different talaga. Better safe than sorry, ha?
