EDD: July 20 DOB: June 28 37 weeks baby girl Pumutok panubigan 10:30 pm ng June 27, had natural labor until June 28 8am, nagdecide na Emergency CS because of fetal heart distress. My baby Faith was diagnosed by her Pediatrician with Pneumonia initially dahil sa makapal na phlegm sa lungs niya. Nag ccritical condition siya dahil bumababa Oxygen level niya. Nirefer na din sa Neonatologist. Nag CPAP tubing siya pero di padin enough so inintubate mechanical ventilator. Was given 2 doses na din ng Surfactants para magmature pa lungs niya. June 29, di padin nag iimprove and may naririnig na murmur sa heart niya so pinag 2D ECHO. Nirefer sa Cardiologist and nakita na may VSD, Severe Tricuspid Regurgitation and Pulmonary Artery Hypertension. July 1, bumaba ulit Oxygen Sats niya and dumami yung plema niya based sa latest xray so palit ulit mas malakas na antibiotic. As of now critical padin siya and hindi pa nakakadjust yung circulation niya sa outside womb so continue mechanical ventilator, together with IV meds.
