Hi all! Will eating cabbage affect my milk supply? It seems that there’re a lot of info on applying it on breasts, but it seems that eating it is ok? What are your experiences?
I won’t specifically buy or order cabbage on its own but if it’s fried together with noodles in small quantities I think should be fine. Although no reports that it will affect via eating, I prefer to play safe. But yeah, it didn’t affect my supply after eating. 😂
