seek help

early this morning around 4am in my work place i feel so dizzy, when I went to the clinic im not able to walk because of what i felt.then when the nurse let me lie down in the bed i feel that im was spinning around until now. Is this normal since im on my 10week of pregnancy? i never felt this before in my first 3. please help
