Aiyoh, don't worry lah, 15 weeks with due date July 26 sounds spot on, timing is different for everyone mah, so jangan compare dengan other mummies! Some of us got pregnant earlier, some later, it's normal. Those March babies are probably further along or conceived earlier, so your dates are probably accurate especially since both scans confirm the same thing. Take a deep breath, you're doing everything right by checking with both clinics. Kalau still worried, just ask your doctor to explain the dating one more time, they'll put your mind at ease
