Does my breastfed baby need vitamin supplements?

You can actually give him vitamins if you feel like parang nakukulangan ka. But it is not necessary since your milk is already rich in nutrients. :)

You can't feed vitamins directly to the baby, but you can always take vitamin supplements yourself and nourish your baby through your breast milk.
