Earaches, particularly, if there is fluid coming from the ears, should not be ignored in children. Please see a paediatrician if your toddler's ears are aching. It might be an infection needing antibiotic treatment.
Please do see a PD in case of any infection. If it is not serious, I would suggest to drip olive oil into the ear.
