Hair rebonding & colouring ok during pregnancy?

Hi! Does doing the above hair activity ok during pregnancy? #firsttimemom I am in week 19 gg into 20 soon.

I coloured my hair only from 2nd trimester onwards. Normal colour without bleach or strong chemical should be fine.
