Blood pressure

Does blood pressure generally increase after pregnancy? I always had low bP before pregnancy and I'm 8 weeks now, about 124/68

increase yes, due to increased blood volume and flow to support the pregnancy. but nothing to worry about, 124/68 is very normal. besides it’s only a one off reading that could be inaccurate.
