Coping with loss of appetite

Hi, does anyone know how to cope with loss of appetite during the first trimester? I’ve been struggling with eating normally. I get hungry but whenever I start eating I either get nauseous or I lose interest in the food. I feel bad that I’m not eating properly and I don’t really know what can help either. send help ;-;

I totally feel you! You are not alone! I always feel hungry but no appetite to eat! Can consider Meiji plan biscuits with Milo or oat milk. Try to see what kind of food u can or cannot take. Try to take as much as u can. Don’t force yourself. It’s really tough sometimes but know that it will get better one day!
