Try out joy little in Bishan - it’s really great. About $1200 a month 7 am to 7 pm. Alternatives are MindChamps Chinese, EtonHouse Chinese or Elfa (by crestar)

Which area do you live in? There are quite a few decent Chinese pre-schools in Sg.
