Ohhh your question brings back memories when I was in Boracay for a week. Me and my friend would always head out to look for local breakfast. Some of my favourites are "Pandesal" (a bread roll) with a mug of strong coffee and this rice congee dish that came with bits of chicken and an egg (I think it's the "Arroz Caldo"). Sooo good. Anyways, I don't know easy those are to make since I have never tried cooking them myself but they are delicious and filling! The congee dish, if it's like other congee dishes, shouldn't be too difficult to prepare and can be made in bulk.
