My milk supply kicked in around 3rd day too, and I didn't experience any milk leaks during my pregnancy. I direct latched since birth till now he's 22 months old. If you and baby are able too, do try to direct latch as your body will produce enough for the amount your baby needs (supply and demand). Especially during growth spurts where baby cluster feeds, your body will adjust accordingly too. Don't be too worried about your milk supply and don't stress! Your body will produce enough for your baby ♡ Also, you can experiment with food and find your milk booster. Back when I just gave birth and was doing confinement, red dates tea and soups like green papaya fish soup were my milk boosters.

thank you for the reply. this labour will be my 4th child. my previous 3 had high jaundice levels. we fall under the high risk group for having blood incompatibility as they were all A+ and i am O+ group. some pple suggest that i let my newborns to take formula first until they recover from jaundice then can follow up with breast milk. but i read that if baby dont latch often then i would not have more supply. the pediatrician still insist that i keep sending breastmilk to the hospital bcos its the best for baby. at times i dont have much to send so i will start to feel stressfull.. i just hope that this baby will be of the same blood group as me. so that we wont have this high risk issue. pray for me!

Hello. Unlilatch is the most effective way to increase milk supply. And drink more liquid, try not drinking cold drinks.
