My girl was born at KKH and honestly I packed way too much the first time. What really helped was keeping two small bags - one for labour stuff like a change of clothes and toiletries, and another smaller one for after delivery with just nightgowns, underwear you don't mind throwing away, and basics for baby like a few rompers and mittens. The hospital actually provides most things like towels and toiletries so don't stress about that. I'd say stick to one overnight bag maximum and keep it to essentials - maternity pads and nursing bras take up more space than you think, so be selective there. Leave the fancy items at home because honestly after delivery you just want comfort and things you can toss if they get messy, not things you're worried about.
