6weeks pregnant no heartbeat

Does anyone here experience the same? i am 6weeks pregnant but upon Transvaginal ultrasound my baby has no heartbeat and also diagnosed of subchorionic hemorrhage. im quite nervous about this.

I had that on my last pregnancy 7yrs ago. Luckily, we survived! Just make sure you follow your doctor's advice. 🙂
