6weeks pregnant no heartbeat

Does anyone here experience the same? i am 6weeks pregnant but upon Transvaginal ultrasound my baby has no heartbeat and also diagnosed of subchorionic hemorrhage. im quite nervous about this.

Happened to me from my 2nd pregnancy... Did the ultrasound 2x... Still no heart beat.. We lost it.. 💔
