Bulge on vaginal opening

Does anyone here experience a blueberry like meat bulging from vaginal opening? After my stitches are healed i experience this and it feels heavy down there especially when I walk a lot. (vaginal birth) #firsttimemom #firstbaby #firstmom

Is it this that you are referring to? If yes, please raise concern to your gynae/doctor. I got this during first pregnancy and subsequently this pregnancy. I was advice to do kegel exercise and also proper massage during confinement.

I tried kegels but somedays its not bulging but somedays it is bulging like in the morning
