From Subsidized patient to private patient

The difference is having the same gynae see you for every consultation, and also they will be there to receive your baby/stitch you up/operate on you (if required). If you’re not particular about that, then many people are also subsidised patients and are happy about staying that way. Remember that when booking your room later on, if you’re a private patient, your baby automatically pays private rates too.

You can choose your gynae that’s it. And you get better creature comforts. Our public hospital in Sg is top class. You won’t die. You will get proper care. You just won’t get lobster pasta. (I saw this for private wards!)

The big difference is pvt u cn choose any gynae u want..subsidised will be any medical doc on duty.. payment wise also big bigg difference
